At Rapunzel Monisha, we strive to provide high-quality digital content. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the customer was charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical issue.

• If the purchased video fails to download due to a server error (proof required).

• If the wrong video was delivered due to a system error.
